Founded by L. Ron Hubbard in 1976, the programme provides practical methods for addressing everyday difficulties as well as assistance during emergencies.
Inside the Bologna tent, visitors can explore photographic exhibits and information about the programme while learning about communication, relationships, study, work eu news now and family life.
Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and UN, described the Bologna initiative as an example of practical solidarity and civic responsibility.
